In the local big cities and surrounding areas there are a large number of notaries that provide mobile notary service to companies and individuals. During these times of service, they sometimes come in contact with a document that is in need of a notary stamp or embossed seal. A traveling Notary Public will be able to use their stamp only if the California secretary of state has issued a certificate indicating that they can use seals or embossing’s to correlate with their notary services.
