Train-Car Accident Shakes Delray Beach Community
A recent train-car accident in Delray Beach that resulted in a fatality has shaken that community. Though none of the 200 or so passengers on the train were injured, the accident closed down two major streets in the city and blocked the Linton entrance and exit to I-95 for several hours. Though this accident does not appear to involve any sort of negligence on the part of the train company or the engineer, if your family suspects that a fatality involving a loved one was a wrongful death, you should consult with a lawyer to determine whether or not you have a wrongful death case against the responsible party.
Obviously, any death is tragic.
